A new timer is started on button click but doesn't work
I want to create a timer in my app, which can be started and stopped on a button click. When the user touches the start button, I want the countdown to start. If the user touches the stop button, the timer should stop, but it's not happening.
I have set the pause, start and stop buttons as the button's onClick event.
Here is my code:
